The Magic Weaning book has been written by a lactation consultant, after 8 years of working 1:1 with over 2000 mothers guiding them through the weaning breastfeeding process.
The entire movement started with the author being a breastfeeding mother and a lactation consultant in need to stop breastfeeding. And of course, she did not resonate with the old ways: band-aid, leaving home, or just pretending she never breastfeed her baby overnight.
Having started her therapy and life coaching journey a few years before she became a mum, Gabriela had some head start info on the way she feels and how to align your reality to your desires and how to self-regulate in cases of urgency, or fear, or unexpected need to pivot.
And so, the Magic Weaning program started! And now, 8 years later the book is here, ready to take mothers from the breastfeeding to weaning breastfeeding in a responsible trauma free way for everyone involved.
